Go to OnlineConvert Website: https://archive.online-convert.com/convert-to-zip

Step 02:

Then you can see upload form

Upload your password protected WinRAR file to it

Step 03:

Wait some seconds and You will redirect to new page

Step 04:

Click on download link and Download your new RAR file
