How to delete old windows server backup

1). Open Powershell with Admin previlege 
2). Run the command below
wbadmin delete backup -keepVersions:5
This deletes all but the 5 most recent backups, but you can change value as desired. You can also delete the oldest like so:
wbadmin delete backup -deleteOldest
